Shipping of your parcel
The product is in stock
Orders are shipped the same day if we receive your order before 11 a.m., Monday to Friday. Otherwise, they will be shipped on the next business day.
Parcels over 30 kg are generally shipped on pallets via DB Schenker and delivered within 3 to 5 business days. The agency closest to your location will contact you (by email or SMS) as soon as they receive your pallet and will offer you a choice of delivery date.
Parcels under 30 kg are usually shipped via DPD France and delivered within 1 to 3 business days. The majority of parcels are delivered within 24 hours.
Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage costs. Shipping charges are calculated based on 'weight/volume', so if you order multiple products, it is normal for the fees to add up. Feel free to contact us if you wish to order multiple items so that we can optimize the shipping cost for you.
The product is "presold"
When products are available for pre-order, they are marked as “Restocking.” The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page. For further information, feel free to contact us.
Return Process
s with any online purchase, the right of withdrawal applies to our products. Please note, however, that this right only applies if the product has not been assembled and is returned to us in new condition, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We kindly ask that you contact us before returning any product; otherwise, the return will be refused.
